Since he first got involved in real estate five years ago, Evan has amassed 14 rental units. He specializes in finding properties that need fixing up and turns them into appealing homes for tenants. Evan truly believes that real estate is the ultimate investment vehicle and he’s a member of the local chapter of Real Estate Investment Network (REIN).

Evan eagerly shares his knowledge about renovating and evaluating cash-flow properties with clients and his colleagues at Vantage West Realty. He strives to improve himself and add to his skill set. His knowledge is invaluable to those moving into the Kelowna area for the first time, those downsizing or clients who are adding to their portfolio.
